"What are you working on, Walter?"
Walter is totally absorbed in his work. He doesn't look up, just keeps working.
Walter
"I'm just modifying some climbing gear. I had this idea to put a homing device, sort of like the ones in missiles, in the hooks."
Nikita
"Interesting."
Her tone doesn't sound like she's really interested. Walter glances up at her.
Walter
"It's better than that, it could save lives of operatives."
Nikita
"How so?"
Walter
"Well, say a mission goes bad and they have to get out quick, all they do is throw the hook and it homes onto something solid that it can grab onto. The operative doesn't have to take time for precision, he's out fast and safe."
Nikita kisses him on the cheek.
Nikita
"Could be useful. Night Walter. I'm going home tonight, I'm really tired."
Walter looks up and smiles.
Walter
"Yeah, goodnight, Sugar. Get some rest."
Cut to Nikita pulling up at the estate. She walks in the door and puts her things down. As she walks by the study, she hears a noise coming from inside. She quickly draws her gun and flattens herself outside the door. She goes in slowly, with gun pointed and ready. She looks around, but sees nothing. As she nears the bookcase, she hears a muffled voice. She quietly triggers the door release and the bookcase swings around. She hears the voice clearly now and gasps. She lowers the gun and looks shocked.

"Nikita?"

ACT ONE
A VOICE FROM THE GRAVE
Com area. Jason and Trent are sitting side by side discussing a computer program. The incoming transmission signal beeps. Jason accesses the transmission. It's Michael.
Michael
"Where is Nikita?"
Jason
"Home."
Michael
"She's not answering. Transfer me to Walter."
Cut to Walter's area. Michael's image appears on his monitor.
Michael
"I need your help."
Walter
"What do you need?"
Michael
"Antiquity Park. 30 minutes."
Walter
"Okay. What's this........"
Michael cuts the transmission short. Walter grumbles to himself.
Walter
"Never was a talkative guy..."
Cut to a building with a sign being painted in graffiti on the outside that reads THE TOMB. Cut to inside. Lisa Fanning is standing behind the bar talking to a tall good-looking man with long black hair in a ponytail. Lisa looks more sure and confident than when we last saw her. She's wearing a skin-tight black leather dress with thigh high leather boots and her hair is to her waist.
Lisa
"Well, what do you think, Antonio?"
Antonio smiles and rubs her arm with his fingertips.
Antonio
"Perfect front. Plus it'll make us a little extra cash."
Lisa
"We'll need to hire a few bouncers, a DJ and a few cage dancers."
Antonio
"I'll take care of it."
Lisa
"Any word from Jeremy and Rodney yet?"
Antonio
"Nothing."
Lisa sighs heavily and looks angry.
Lisa
" I wish they'd find him.”
She walks off but Antonio follows behind her and slips his arm around her waist then nuzzles her neck, kissing her gently on the earlobe.
Antonio
"If I didn't know better, I'd think you liked him better than me."
Lisa turns around in his arms and puts her arms around his neck.
Lisa
"I intend to make him pay for the way he used me, that's all. I was over him a long time ago. I love you, Antonio, you know that."
She kisses him roughly on the lips and he picks her up. She wraps her legs around his waist and he carries her into a room behind the bar.
Cut to the park. Michael is sitting on a bench. Adam is playing with a toy truck nearby. Walter walks up and sits beside Michael. He removes his dark sunglasses.
Walter
"I'm here. Now what?"
Michael stands up and adjusts his jacket.
Michael
"Take care of Adam."
Walter's eyes open wide. Michael walks calmly away. Walter opens his mouth several times, but nothing comes out.
Walter
"But.....you.....I......."
Adam walks up to Walter and shows him his toy truck.
Adam
"Hello Uncle Walter. My Daddy told me you'd play with me today."
Walter looks exasperated for a moment, and then he begins to warm up to Adam.
Walter
"Yeah, Kid. I guess it's you and me, Amigo."
Cut to com. Nikita calls in. Her image appears on the monitor. She has dark circles under her eyes and her hair is messed up.
Trent
"You okay?"
Nikita
"I'm fine. Anything on Lisa Fanning?"
Trent
"We've got a lead. Checking it out now."
Nikita
"I'll be there in one hour."
Cut to Nikita at the estate. She's in the kitchen getting a cup of coffee when she hears footsteps in the hallway. She picks up her gun from the counter nearby and silently walks to the doorway. She steps out with gun drawn and comes face to face with Michael. He calmly takes the hand with the gun in it and kisses her arm all the way up before taking the gun from her.

Michael
"You didn't answer."
Nikita
"I've been occupied with something."
Michael
"What?"
Nikita
"Later."
Michael holds her gaze as he steps closer to her. She wraps her arms around his neck and they kiss passionately. He picks her up in his arms and carries her upstairs. They enter the bedroom. Michael gently sets her on her feet and kisses her again. He runs his fingers through her hair and touches her face tenderly. Nikita keeps her eyes on his as he undresses her and she in turn begins to undress him. Cut camera to piles of clothing on the floor. Cut back to Michael as he lays her gently on the bed. He kisses her neck and trails downward with kisses. Nikita closes her eyes. She reaches down and plays with his hair as he kisses her stomach. He looks up and makes eye contact as he slides back up her body and kisses her hungrily. Nikita moans with pleasure. Their bodies are entwined. The sheets are strategically placed, but they are completely naked. She rolls on top of him and begins to move rhythmically.
Cut back to Section. Walter's area. He has Adam there with him. Adam is sitting in his lap as he works on some device. He lets Adam 'help.' Jason walks in. His eyes widen.
Jason
"You brought the kid to Section?"
Walter
"Why not. He may want to follow in my footsteps one day."
Walter messes up Adam's hair and he turns around and smiles at Walter.
Adam
"When's my Daddy coming back, Uncle Walter?"
Jason barely contains a laugh.
Jason
"Uncle Walter?"
Walter
"What's it to YOU?"
Jason
"Just wanted to say good-bye. The Caribbean and all the pretty ladies await."
Jason winks and is laughing as he leaves.

ACT TWO
Nikita's estate. Michael and Nikita are cuddled together in the huge bed. Michael is tenderly running his fingers over her shoulders and face. She rolls over to face him.
Nikita
"I had a message when I got home last night. It was from my father."
Michael
"Your father?"
Nikita
"Yes."
Michael is staring at her inquisitively.
Nikita
"Later. I have to get back to Section."
Michael
"WE have to get back to Section."
Nikita holds his stare.
Nikita
"You're staying?"
Michael
"Yes."
Nikita
"What about Adam?"
Michael
"He is safe."
The expression on her face says she wants to ask more but doesn't. They get out of bed and start getting dressed. The camera pans on Michael, nude, sliding into his pants.
Cut to THE TOMB. Lisa is on the phone in a lavishly furnished office. Antonio is sitting in front of her desk listening intently. They are making eye contact as she speaks. She smiles slyly.
Lisa
"Yes, we can deliver it on time as long as you have the two million cash."
We hear the voice on a speakerphone.
Voice
"I have the cash. We have a deal. I'll send a man to meet you in 48 hours .
Lisa
"How will we know him?"
Voice
"He's Jamaican. Big, muscular. Thick accent. He'll be carrying a leather bag with the money."
Lisa
"We'll be ready."
She hangs up the phone and walks over to Antonio. She plays with the buttons on his shirt.
Lisa
"Make sure nothing goes wrong. He wants those weapons on time, we won't disappoint him."
Antonio
"You know you can count on me."
Lisa
"Of course I can."
She sits on the desk and grabs a glass of wine. She sips it slowly and looks seductively at Antonio.
Cut to Section. Michael and Nikita enter. Everyone tries not to stare, but it is obvious that they are curious.
Nikita
"Trent?"
Trent
"We've made contact."
Nikita
"Good. Briefing in one hour."
Trent nods affirmative. Michael and Nikita head to Walter's area. He is still letting Adam 'help' him with his work. He sees Michael and Nikita enter and tries to act indifferent.
Walter
"It's about time. Do you think I have time to baby-sit all day? I have important work to do."
Adam walks up and hands an object to Walter. He seems pleased with himself.
Adam
"Look, Uncle Walter!!! I did it! Just like you showed me!"
Nikita has a smile forming on her face.
Nikita
"Uncle Walter?”
Walter
"Yeah, yeah, take the kid and get outta here."
Nikita holds out her hand and Adam takes it. Michael takes his other hand. Adam looks back and Walter winks secretly. He has a smile on his face. Nikita and Michael take Adam up to the Command Center.
Nikita
"I'll have someone take him to the estate."
Michael hesitates.
Nikita
"I'll send Claire. She'll guard him with her life."
Michael nods finally and Nikita calls for Claire over the intercom. A few moments later she enters Command.
Claire
"You wanted to see me?"
Nikita gestures to Adam.
Nikita
"I want you to meet your new assignment."
Claire
"A kid?"
Nikita
"This is Adam. Michael's son. His safety is in your hands."
Claire
“I understand.”
She takes Adam's hand and as they are leaving, she reaches in her vest pocket and hands him one of her lollipops. Adam smiles.
Michael
"Claire?"
She stops and looks back.
Michael
"If anything should happen......."
Claire
"With my life."
Michael
"Good."
Cut to briefing room. Michael stands in the center with his hands clasped in front of him. Nikita pulls up a hologram.
Nikita
"This is Jamaal Shameel. He was sent to purchase binary chemical munitions weapons from a group called Black Sun. We intercepted him."
Michael
"Hamilton will be his replacement."
Michael and Nikita look to Trent to continue. Nikita switches to a hologram of Lisa Fanning.
Jason
"We also have intel that Black Sun's leader, Lisa Fanning, just opened a night club called THE TOMB. We need the data that details their activities. According to intel, everything is stored in a computer located on the top floor of the nightclub. Jasmine, Darwin and Owen will infiltrate and retrieve those files.
Nikita
"Profiles will be on your panels."

ACT THREE
Cut to THE TOMB, Lisa is sitting at a table sipping wine. Several workers are busily working on cages suspended from the ceiling. She watches and gives an order every now and then. Jasmine walks in. She's wearing skin-tight leggings and a bikini top. Her hair is permed and teased wildly. She stops and talks to Antonio who is near the door and he points her to Lisa.
Antonio
“Hey, Lisa, you got another one.”
Lisa grumbles to herself.
Lisa
“I’ve been interviewing for two days now.”
Jasmine
"You the owner?"
Lisa
"Yes.”
Jasmine
"I need a job."
Lisa looks her up and down.
Lisa
"Can you dance?"
Jasmine
"I'm a great dancer."
Lisa sips her wine slowly then finally nods her head.
Lisa
"Get in that cage and show me a few moves."
Jasmine jumps into the suspended cage and demonstrates her dancing capabilities.
Lisa
"Be here tomorrow night at 8. Don't be late."
Jasmine
"Thanks."
She leaves as Darwin is entering. Antonio points him to Lisa also. Darwin walks toward Lisa with confidence and smiles at her.
Darwin
"Name's Darwin. I'm interested in a bartending job."
Lisa
"Ever work in a nightclub before?"
Darwin
"Sure."
Lisa
"Bar is over there. Make me a White Russian, A Screwdriver and a Long Island."
Darwin gives her an odd look.
Lisa
"You want a job or not?"
He gives a submissive gesture and goes behind the bar. He skillfully twirls the bottles around and mixes the drinks. Lisa walks up to the bar and leans over it. He places the drinks in front of her. She takes a drink from each glass.
Lisa
"You're hired. Be here tomorrow at 8."
Darwin
"Wouldn't miss it."
He winks at her and jumps over the bar then leaves. Antonio walks over to Lisa.
Antonio
"How'd it go?"
Lisa
"We have the other dancer and a bartender."
Antonio
"We still need another bouncer."
Owen strolls in and Lisa nods her head in his direction.
Lisa
"I think a candidate just walked in. If he wants the job, hire him. I'm tired of interviewing."
Antonio rushes over to speak with Owen.
Cut to Trent in com.
Trent
"They're in."
Cut to Michael and Nikita are in the Command Center.
Nikita
"Put Hamilton on close quarter standby."
Michael notices that Nikita is somewhat distracted.
Michael
"What's bothering you?"
Nikita
"The message."
Michael looks at her to continue. Nikita sighs.
Nikita
"When I got home last night, I heard a voice in the study. It was my father's voice. It was coming from the computer I told you about, Vitros. My father knew he was going to die, so he recorded a message for me. It explains a lot of things. I haven't finished listening to it yet."
Michael
"It upset you?"
Nikita
"It's just that I'm finding out that he was a good man. I can't even hate him for the life he has forced on me."
Michael
"Then don't hate him. Learn from him."
Nikita smiles warmly at Michael and grasps his hand.
Nikita
"Would you like to listen to the rest of it with me tomorrow night after the mission is complete?"
Michael
"Yes."
Michael puts his hands on her shoulders and looks her directly in the eyes.
Michael
"Adam and I can stay somewhere else if you prefer."
Nikita
"No, I want you with me. You know that."
He nods slightly and touches her cheek.
(Come In Hard by Hardknox plays in background.)
Cut to THE TOMB. Darwin is behind the bar mixing drinks like a professional. Jasmine is in the cage dancing to the music. Another dancer is suspended in a cage a few feet away from her. Darwin keeps looking up at Jasmine and smiling coyly. She gives him a disgusted look and puts on her sunglasses and gives Trent a view of the place.
Trent
"Coming in loud and clear."
Cut to a ship at the docks. Cargo is being unloaded. Hamilton is approaching with a black leather bag thrown over his shoulder.
Hamilton
"I'm on mark."
Trent
"Thermal is showing six hostiles heading from the northeast."
Hamilton casually glances in that direction.
Hamilton
"Targets in sight."
Antonio and two of his associates approach. Hamilton walks toward them with confidence. They recognize the leather bag and he fits the description.
Antonio
"You got the money?"
Hamilton
"It's in the bag. You got the goods, Mon?"
Antonio
"Follow us."
They lead Hamilton onto the ship.
Trent
“Team two, proceed to first mark.”
Jasmine jumps out of the cage and dances through the crowd. She makes her way to the ladies room and recovers a duffle bag that is hidden in one of the stalls. She puts on climbing gear then proceeds out the window. Using Walter’s new toy, she throws the rope. She is propelled upwards and stops at the upstairs window. With her infrared goggles, she sees electronic beams shooting across the room.
Cut to Trent. He punches in codes and disarms the security system.
Trent
" Proceed."
She cuts a small circle out of the glass with a small laser and removes it with a suction cup. She reaches in and silently unlocks the window. She slips into the room and places a disc in the drive. She pulls up the files she is looking for and downloads them.
Trent
"Three hostiles approaching."
There are voices outside the door. Jasmine barely gets the download before they open the door. She quickly places a device on the computer to destroy the files, then rushes to the window as they start shooting. A bullet hits her in the shoulder and she stumbles out the window.

ACT FOUR
Cut to Darwin who hears the gunshots over his transceiver. He runs up the stairs and goes into the room shooting. He rolls onto the floor and comes up and shoots one hostile, and then he kicks the gun out of another's hand while he shoots the last one. He kicks the man in the stomach and he doubles over. Darwin chops the back of his neck and he goes down. Darwin rushes to the window, looking fearful. He looks down and sees Jasmine suspended by her climbing gear. Camera pans to the homing grapple.
Cut to Trent in com.
Trent
"Hamilton, start sequencing. Team two, advance."
Cut to Hamilton inside the ship inspecting weapons. He acts satisfied and closes the weapon case. He throws the duffle bag to Antonio who looks inside then glances at his associates.
Antonio
"What kind of game are you playing?"
Hamilton
"Spy games, Mon, you lose."
Hamilton draws his weapon. Antonio and his partners smile until Team two moves in to surround them.
Cut back to THE TOMB. Darwin runs back down the stairs and searches the room for Lisa. She is on the other side looking around strangely. She grabs her walkie talkie from a table and calls for security.
Trent
"Owen, move in."
Owen strolls up to answer her call.
Lisa
"Where is all my security?"
Owen
"Dead."
Lisa
"Excuse me?"
Owen
"Come with me, please.”
He grabs Lisa's arm and escorts her to the door. She tries to run, but he jerks her roughly back. As they exit THE TOMB, she looks up and comes face to face with Michael.
Lisa
"Michael?”
Michael
"You were looking for me?
She screeches and lunges for him, but he catches her arms effortlessly. He wordlessly dumps her into the mission van.
Cut to Darwin behind the building cutting Jasmine down and removing her climbing gear. She is unconscious. He carries her to the van. Owen helps him put pressure on her wound.
Cut to van access. A medical team is waiting with a gurney for Jasmine and they take her away quickly. Nikita is standing there waiting. Michael walks in with Lisa in his grasp. He shoves her to Hamilton who takes her to the white room
Nikita
"I’ll handle it.”
Michael nods. Cut to the white room, Lisa is strapped to the torture chair.
Lisa
“Why am I here?”
Nikita slaps her across the face. Lisa glares defiantly at her.
Nikita
"Why have you been searching for Michael?"
Lisa
"Revenge."
Nikita
"Black Sun?"
Lisa
"Go to Hell."
Nikita leaves and the Torture Twins enter. They put the wires up her nostrils and begin their adjustments. Lisa shrieks and her eyes roll back in her head. She is struggling uselessly against the restraints. After a few minutes, the Torture Twins leave and Nikita re-enters.
Nikita
"Black Sun?"
Lisa looks up weakly.
Lisa
"I found someone with contacts....he said that if Michael worked for some type of organization, that ......a group like Black Sun could ........draw him out."
Nikita
"Why would you do this?"
Lisa
"He used me. After I killed.......David....I felt like I was a different person. I wanted revenge....on the man who.....did this to me. By killing Michael, I could exorcise these demons.”
Michael enters.
Michael
"You had money. You were rid of David. You did this to yourself."
Nikita
"How many more members."
Lisa
" That was all of them....at THE TOMB. Everything else.......done by contacts.
Michael and Nikita leave the white room and Nikita contacts Trent over the intercom.
Nikita
"Do we have all the information we need on the discs?"
Trent
"Everything looks complete. There's an extensive list of contacts."
Nikita looks back to Lisa.
Nikita
“I don’t want to kill you, Lisa.”
Lisa
“I don’t want to die.”
She begins to cry softly.
Micheal
“I never meant to hurt you. I had no choice, it was a mission.”
Nikita
“We could use you in Section.”
Lisa
“I don’t know if I can do it.”
Nikita
“You have no choice if you want to live.”
Lisa nods submissively.
Michael
“Good.”
Nikita orders her to be taken to containment.
Cut to Command Center. Nikita is getting her coat.
Nikita
"I want to check on Jasmine before I leave."
Michael
"I'll work on the debrief for Center. Go ahead."
Cut to medical. Jasmine's wounds have been treated and she is resting comfortably. She opens her eyes when Nikita enters.
Nikita
"How are you feeling?"
Jasmine
"Not good. Just waiting for the pain meds to kick in."
Nikita
"I hear Walter's toy worked well.”
Jasmine
"When I get out of here, I'm going to give him a big kiss."
Nikita laughs softly. She goes to Walter's area.
Nikita
"Homing hooks, huh?”
Walter grins and gives her that I told you so look. Nikita kisses him on the cheek and leaves. Michael is waiting for her. They leave together.
Cut to the estate. Claire is playing a computer game with Adam. Michael and Nikita come in and Adam runs to his Daddy.
Adam
"I've been having fun! My new room is great. Come see!"
Michael looks questioningly at Nikita. She smiles mischievously.
Nikita
"I bought him a few things."
Cut to Adam's room. It is decorated in a baseball motif with games and books and lots of toys for a little boy. Michael looks at Nikita communicating his thanks silently. Claire is into the computer game and never looks up. Adam sits back on the bed beside her and watches. Nikita and Michael leave the room.
She leads Michael to the study and opens the bookcase. They go inside. Vitros lights are shining, giving it a strobe-like appearance.
Nikita
"Vitros, meet Michael Samuelle."
Vitros
"I've been expecting you."
They exchange mystified glances.

"I'd like to listen to the rest of my father's message now, Vitros."

Nikita is surprised.

"Yes."
A life-like image of her father appears in front of her and Michael.

"If you are watching this, I'm already dead. The sacrifice I made was not only for the boy, but also for you and Michael. Together, you are a force to be reckoned with. Vitros predicted you would rule Section side by side. Together, the two of you will change Section One and run it the way it was intended. I want you to know that I watched your progress daily, but I could not interfere. I had to know how strong you were. I am proud of you Nikita, you have proved your worth and earned respect all on your own. Everything I have now belongs to you; use the resources wisely. I may not have been able to protect you while I was alive, but I have taken steps to see that you, Michael and Adam are protected from now on. This is a last gift to prove my love for you. Also, knowing the man you love would willingly step in front of a bullet for you, made this decision easy for me. In my death I know I leave you protected. Nikita, I hope someday you can forgive me for not being the father you wanted. I missed out on all of the fatherly things I should have been a part of, and while you were living through hell I did nothing to help you. One day I hope you will understand the things I have done and why. It hurt me to miss out on your life, and to see you in so much pain, but I had to be strong. I had to know for sure that you were the one; the savior of Section One. And I will leave you with one last piece of advice.....always trust your father."
The image fades away. Nikita has tears streaming down her face and Michael puts his arms protectively around her.

Michael cuts the transmission short. Walter grumbles to himself.
Walter
"Never was a talkative guy..."
Cut to a building with a sign being painted in graffiti on the outside that reads THE TOMB. Cut to inside. Lisa Fanning is standing behind the bar talking to a tall good-looking man with long black hair in a ponytail. Lisa looks more sure and confident than when we last saw her. She's wearing a skin-tight black leather dress with thigh high leather boots and her hair is to her waist.
Lisa
"Well, what do you think, Antonio?"
Antonio smiles and rubs her arm with his fingertips.
Antonio
"Perfect front. Plus it'll make us a little extra cash."
Lisa
"We'll need to hire a few bouncers, a DJ and a few cage dancers."
Antonio
"I'll take care of it."
Lisa
"Any word from Jeremy and Rodney yet?"
Antonio
"Nothing."
Lisa sighs heavily and looks angry.
Lisa
" I wish they'd find him.”
She walks off but Antonio follows behind her and slips his arm around her waist then nuzzles her neck, kissing her gently on the earlobe.
Antonio
"If I didn't know better, I'd think you liked him better than me."
Lisa turns around in his arms and puts her arms around his neck.
Lisa
"I intend to make him pay for the way he used me, that's all. I was over him a long time ago. I love you, Antonio, you know that."
She kisses him roughly on the lips and he picks her up. She wraps her legs around his waist and he carries her into a room behind the bar.
Cut to the park. Michael is sitting on a bench. Adam is playing with a toy truck nearby. Walter walks up and sits beside Michael. He removes his dark sunglasses.
Walter
"I'm here. Now what?"
Michael stands up and adjusts his jacket.
Michael
"Take care of Adam."
Walter's eyes open wide. Michael walks calmly away. Walter opens his mouth several times, but nothing comes out.
Walter
"But.....you.....I......."
Adam walks up to Walter and shows him his toy truck.
Adam
"Hello Uncle Walter. My Daddy told me you'd play with me today."
Walter looks exasperated for a moment, and then he begins to warm up to Adam.
Walter
"Yeah, Kid. I guess it's you and me, Amigo."
Cut to com. Nikita calls in. Her image appears on the monitor. She has dark circles under her eyes and her hair is messed up.
Trent
"You okay?"
Nikita
"I'm fine. Anything on Lisa Fanning?"
Trent
"We've got a lead. Checking it out now."
Nikita
"I'll be there in one hour."
Cut to Nikita at the estate. She's in the kitchen getting a cup of coffee when she hears footsteps in the hallway. She picks up her gun from the counter nearby and silently walks to the doorway. She steps out with gun drawn and comes face to face with Michael. He calmly takes the hand with the gun in it and kisses her arm all the way up before taking the gun from her.

Michael
"You didn't answer."
Nikita
"I've been occupied with something."
Michael
"What?"
Nikita
"Later."
Michael holds her gaze as he steps closer to her. She wraps her arms around his neck and they kiss passionately. He picks her up in his arms and carries her upstairs. They enter the bedroom. Michael gently sets her on her feet and kisses her again. He runs his fingers through her hair and touches her face tenderly. Nikita keeps her eyes on his as he undresses her and she in turn begins to undress him. Cut camera to piles of clothing on the floor. Cut back to Michael as he lays her gently on the bed. He kisses her neck and trails downward with kisses. Nikita closes her eyes. She reaches down and plays with his hair as he kisses her stomach. He looks up and makes eye contact as he slides back up her body and kisses her hungrily. Nikita moans with pleasure. Their bodies are entwined. The sheets are strategically placed, but they are completely naked. She rolls on top of him and begins to move rhythmically.
Cut back to Section. Walter's area. He has Adam there with him. Adam is sitting in his lap as he works on some device. He lets Adam 'help.' Jason walks in. His eyes widen.
Jason
"You brought the kid to Section?"
Walter
"Why not. He may want to follow in my footsteps one day."
Walter messes up Adam's hair and he turns around and smiles at Walter.
Adam
"When's my Daddy coming back, Uncle Walter?"
Jason barely contains a laugh.
Jason
"Uncle Walter?"
Walter
"What's it to YOU?"
Jason
"Just wanted to say good-bye. The Caribbean and all the pretty ladies await."
Jason winks and is laughing as he leaves.

ACT TWO
Nikita's estate. Michael and Nikita are cuddled together in the huge bed. Michael is tenderly running his fingers over her shoulders and face. She rolls over to face him.
Nikita
"I had a message when I got home last night. It was from my father."
Michael
"Your father?"
Nikita
"Yes."
Michael is staring at her inquisitively.
Nikita
"Later. I have to get back to Section."
Michael
"WE have to get back to Section."
Nikita holds his stare.
Nikita
"You're staying?"
Michael
"Yes."
Nikita
"What about Adam?"
Michael
"He is safe."
The expression on her face says she wants to ask more but doesn't. They get out of bed and start getting dressed. The camera pans on Michael, nude, sliding into his pants.
Cut to THE TOMB. Lisa is on the phone in a lavishly furnished office. Antonio is sitting in front of her desk listening intently. They are making eye contact as she speaks. She smiles slyly.
Lisa
"Yes, we can deliver it on time as long as you have the two million cash."
We hear the voice on a speakerphone.
Voice
"I have the cash. We have a deal. I'll send a man to meet you in 48 hours .
Lisa
"How will we know him?"
Voice
"He's Jamaican. Big, muscular. Thick accent. He'll be carrying a leather bag with the money."
Lisa
"We'll be ready."
She hangs up the phone and walks over to Antonio. She plays with the buttons on his shirt.
Lisa
"Make sure nothing goes wrong. He wants those weapons on time, we won't disappoint him."
Antonio
"You know you can count on me."
Lisa
"Of course I can."
She sits on the desk and grabs a glass of wine. She sips it slowly and looks seductively at Antonio.
Cut to Section. Michael and Nikita enter. Everyone tries not to stare, but it is obvious that they are curious.
Nikita
"Trent?"
Trent
"We've made contact."
Nikita
"Good. Briefing in one hour."
Trent nods affirmative. Michael and Nikita head to Walter's area. He is still letting Adam 'help' him with his work. He sees Michael and Nikita enter and tries to act indifferent.
Walter
"It's about time. Do you think I have time to baby-sit all day? I have important work to do."
Adam walks up and hands an object to Walter. He seems pleased with himself.
Adam
"Look, Uncle Walter!!! I did it! Just like you showed me!"
Nikita has a smile forming on her face.
Nikita
"Uncle Walter?”
Walter
"Yeah, yeah, take the kid and get outta here."
Nikita holds out her hand and Adam takes it. Michael takes his other hand. Adam looks back and Walter winks secretly. He has a smile on his face. Nikita and Michael take Adam up to the Command Center.
Nikita
"I'll have someone take him to the estate."
Michael hesitates.
Nikita
"I'll send Claire. She'll guard him with her life."
Michael nods finally and Nikita calls for Claire over the intercom. A few moments later she enters Command.
Claire
"You wanted to see me?"
Nikita gestures to Adam.
Nikita
"I want you to meet your new assignment."
Claire
"A kid?"
Nikita
"This is Adam. Michael's son. His safety is in your hands."
Claire
“I understand.”
She takes Adam's hand and as they are leaving, she reaches in her vest pocket and hands him one of her lollipops. Adam smiles.
Michael
"Claire?"
She stops and looks back.
Michael
"If anything should happen......."
Claire
"With my life."
Michael
"Good."
Cut to briefing room. Michael stands in the center with his hands clasped in front of him. Nikita pulls up a hologram.
Nikita
"This is Jamaal Shameel. He was sent to purchase binary chemical munitions weapons from a group called Black Sun. We intercepted him."
Michael
"Hamilton will be his replacement."
Michael and Nikita look to Trent to continue. Nikita switches to a hologram of Lisa Fanning.
Jason
"We also have intel that Black Sun's leader, Lisa Fanning, just opened a night club called THE TOMB. We need the data that details their activities. According to intel, everything is stored in a computer located on the top floor of the nightclub. Jasmine, Darwin and Owen will infiltrate and retrieve those files.
Nikita
"Profiles will be on your panels."

ACT THREE
Cut to THE TOMB, Lisa is sitting at a table sipping wine. Several workers are busily working on cages suspended from the ceiling. She watches and gives an order every now and then. Jasmine walks in. She's wearing skin-tight leggings and a bikini top. Her hair is permed and teased wildly. She stops and talks to Antonio who is near the door and he points her to Lisa.
Antonio
“Hey, Lisa, you got another one.”
Lisa grumbles to herself.
Lisa
“I’ve been interviewing for two days now.”
Jasmine
"You the owner?"
Lisa
"Yes.”
Jasmine
"I need a job."
Lisa looks her up and down.
Lisa
"Can you dance?"
Jasmine
"I'm a great dancer."
Lisa sips her wine slowly then finally nods her head.
Lisa
"Get in that cage and show me a few moves."
Jasmine jumps into the suspended cage and demonstrates her dancing capabilities.
Lisa
"Be here tomorrow night at 8. Don't be late."
Jasmine
"Thanks."
She leaves as Darwin is entering. Antonio points him to Lisa also. Darwin walks toward Lisa with confidence and smiles at her.
Darwin
"Name's Darwin. I'm interested in a bartending job."
Lisa
"Ever work in a nightclub before?"
Darwin
"Sure."
Lisa
"Bar is over there. Make me a White Russian, A Screwdriver and a Long Island."
Darwin gives her an odd look.
Lisa
"You want a job or not?"
He gives a submissive gesture and goes behind the bar. He skillfully twirls the bottles around and mixes the drinks. Lisa walks up to the bar and leans over it. He places the drinks in front of her. She takes a drink from each glass.
Lisa
"You're hired. Be here tomorrow at 8."
Darwin
"Wouldn't miss it."
He winks at her and jumps over the bar then leaves. Antonio walks over to Lisa.
Antonio
"How'd it go?"
Lisa
"We have the other dancer and a bartender."
Antonio
"We still need another bouncer."
Owen strolls in and Lisa nods her head in his direction.
Lisa
"I think a candidate just walked in. If he wants the job, hire him. I'm tired of interviewing."
Antonio rushes over to speak with Owen.
Cut to Trent in com.
Trent
"They're in."
Cut to Michael and Nikita are in the Command Center.
Nikita
"Put Hamilton on close quarter standby."
Michael notices that Nikita is somewhat distracted.
Michael
"What's bothering you?"
Nikita
"The message."
Michael looks at her to continue. Nikita sighs.
Nikita
"When I got home last night, I heard a voice in the study. It was my father's voice. It was coming from the computer I told you about, Vitros. My father knew he was going to die, so he recorded a message for me. It explains a lot of things. I haven't finished listening to it yet."
Michael
"It upset you?"
Nikita
"It's just that I'm finding out that he was a good man. I can't even hate him for the life he has forced on me."
Michael
"Then don't hate him. Learn from him."
Nikita smiles warmly at Michael and grasps his hand.
Nikita
"Would you like to listen to the rest of it with me tomorrow night after the mission is complete?"
Michael
"Yes."
Michael puts his hands on her shoulders and looks her directly in the eyes.
Michael
"Adam and I can stay somewhere else if you prefer."
Nikita
"No, I want you with me. You know that."
He nods slightly and touches her cheek.
(Come In Hard by Hardknox plays in background.)
Cut to THE TOMB. Darwin is behind the bar mixing drinks like a professional. Jasmine is in the cage dancing to the music. Another dancer is suspended in a cage a few feet away from her. Darwin keeps looking up at Jasmine and smiling coyly. She gives him a disgusted look and puts on her sunglasses and gives Trent a view of the place.
Trent
"Coming in loud and clear."
Cut to a ship at the docks. Cargo is being unloaded. Hamilton is approaching with a black leather bag thrown over his shoulder.
Hamilton
"I'm on mark."
Trent
"Thermal is showing six hostiles heading from the northeast."
Hamilton casually glances in that direction.
Hamilton
"Targets in sight."
Antonio and two of his associates approach. Hamilton walks toward them with confidence. They recognize the leather bag and he fits the description.
Antonio
"You got the money?"
Hamilton
"It's in the bag. You got the goods, Mon?"
Antonio
"Follow us."
They lead Hamilton onto the ship.
Trent
“Team two, proceed to first mark.”
Jasmine jumps out of the cage and dances through the crowd. She makes her way to the ladies room and recovers a duffle bag that is hidden in one of the stalls. She puts on climbing gear then proceeds out the window. Using Walter’s new toy, she throws the rope. She is propelled upwards and stops at the upstairs window. With her infrared goggles, she sees electronic beams shooting across the room.
Cut to Trent. He punches in codes and disarms the security system.
Trent
" Proceed."
She cuts a small circle out of the glass with a small laser and removes it with a suction cup. She reaches in and silently unlocks the window. She slips into the room and places a disc in the drive. She pulls up the files she is looking for and downloads them.
Trent
"Three hostiles approaching."
There are voices outside the door. Jasmine barely gets the download before they open the door. She quickly places a device on the computer to destroy the files, then rushes to the window as they start shooting. A bullet hits her in the shoulder and she stumbles out the window.

ACT FOUR
Cut to Darwin who hears the gunshots over his transceiver. He runs up the stairs and goes into the room shooting. He rolls onto the floor and comes up and shoots one hostile, and then he kicks the gun out of another's hand while he shoots the last one. He kicks the man in the stomach and he doubles over. Darwin chops the back of his neck and he goes down. Darwin rushes to the window, looking fearful. He looks down and sees Jasmine suspended by her climbing gear. Camera pans to the homing grapple.
Cut to Trent in com.
Trent
"Hamilton, start sequencing. Team two, advance."
Cut to Hamilton inside the ship inspecting weapons. He acts satisfied and closes the weapon case. He throws the duffle bag to Antonio who looks inside then glances at his associates.
Antonio
"What kind of game are you playing?"
Hamilton
"Spy games, Mon, you lose."
Hamilton draws his weapon. Antonio and his partners smile until Team two moves in to surround them.
Cut back to THE TOMB. Darwin runs back down the stairs and searches the room for Lisa. She is on the other side looking around strangely. She grabs her walkie talkie from a table and calls for security.
Trent
"Owen, move in."
Owen strolls up to answer her call.
Lisa
"Where is all my security?"
Owen
"Dead."
Lisa
"Excuse me?"
Owen
"Come with me, please.”
He grabs Lisa's arm and escorts her to the door. She tries to run, but he jerks her roughly back. As they exit THE TOMB, she looks up and comes face to face with Michael.
Lisa
"Michael?”
Michael
"You were looking for me?
She screeches and lunges for him, but he catches her arms effortlessly. He wordlessly dumps her into the mission van.
Cut to Darwin behind the building cutting Jasmine down and removing her climbing gear. She is unconscious. He carries her to the van. Owen helps him put pressure on her wound.
Cut to van access. A medical team is waiting with a gurney for Jasmine and they take her away quickly. Nikita is standing there waiting. Michael walks in with Lisa in his grasp. He shoves her to Hamilton who takes her to the white room
Nikita
"I’ll handle it.”
Michael nods. Cut to the white room, Lisa is strapped to the torture chair.
Lisa
“Why am I here?”
Nikita slaps her across the face. Lisa glares defiantly at her.
Nikita
"Why have you been searching for Michael?"
Lisa
"Revenge."
Nikita
"Black Sun?"
Lisa
"Go to Hell."
Nikita leaves and the Torture Twins enter. They put the wires up her nostrils and begin their adjustments. Lisa shrieks and her eyes roll back in her head. She is struggling uselessly against the restraints. After a few minutes, the Torture Twins leave and Nikita re-enters.
Nikita
"Black Sun?"
Lisa looks up weakly.
Lisa
"I found someone with contacts....he said that if Michael worked for some type of organization, that ......a group like Black Sun could ........draw him out."
Nikita
"Why would you do this?"
Lisa
"He used me. After I killed.......David....I felt like I was a different person. I wanted revenge....on the man who.....did this to me. By killing Michael, I could exorcise these demons.”
Michael enters.
Michael
"You had money. You were rid of David. You did this to yourself."
Nikita
"How many more members."
Lisa
" That was all of them....at THE TOMB. Everything else.......done by contacts.
Michael and Nikita leave the white room and Nikita contacts Trent over the intercom.
Nikita
"Do we have all the information we need on the discs?"
Trent
"Everything looks complete. There's an extensive list of contacts."
Nikita looks back to Lisa.
Nikita
“I don’t want to kill you, Lisa.”
Lisa
“I don’t want to die.”
She begins to cry softly.
Micheal
“I never meant to hurt you. I had no choice, it was a mission.”
Nikita
“We could use you in Section.”
Lisa
“I don’t know if I can do it.”
Nikita
“You have no choice if you want to live.”
Lisa nods submissively.
Michael
“Good.”
Nikita orders her to be taken to containment.
Cut to Command Center. Nikita is getting her coat.
Nikita
"I want to check on Jasmine before I leave."
Michael
"I'll work on the debrief for Center. Go ahead."
Cut to medical. Jasmine's wounds have been treated and she is resting comfortably. She opens her eyes when Nikita enters.
Nikita
"How are you feeling?"
Jasmine
"Not good. Just waiting for the pain meds to kick in."
Nikita
"I hear Walter's toy worked well.”
Jasmine
"When I get out of here, I'm going to give him a big kiss."
Nikita laughs softly. She goes to Walter's area.
Nikita
"Homing hooks, huh?”
Walter grins and gives her that I told you so look. Nikita kisses him on the cheek and leaves. Michael is waiting for her. They leave together.
Cut to the estate. Claire is playing a computer game with Adam. Michael and Nikita come in and Adam runs to his Daddy.
Adam
"I've been having fun! My new room is great. Come see!"
Michael looks questioningly at Nikita. She smiles mischievously.
Nikita
"I bought him a few things."
Cut to Adam's room. It is decorated in a baseball motif with games and books and lots of toys for a little boy. Michael looks at Nikita communicating his thanks silently. Claire is into the computer game and never looks up. Adam sits back on the bed beside her and watches. Nikita and Michael leave the room.
She leads Michael to the study and opens the bookcase. They go inside. Vitros lights are shining, giving it a strobe-like appearance.
Nikita
"Vitros, meet Michael Samuelle."
Vitros
"I've been expecting you."
They exchange mystified glances.

Cut back to Michael and Nikita in the computer room.
Nikita
"I'd like to listen to the rest of my father's message now, Vitros."
Vitros
"Would you like visual?"
Nikita is surprised.
Nikita
"Yes."
A life-like image of her father appears in front of her and Michael.
Phillip
"If you are watching this, I'm already dead. The sacrifice I made was not only for the boy, but also for you and Michael. Together, you are a force to be reckoned with. Vitros predicted you would rule Section side by side. Together, the two of you will change Section One and run it the way it was intended. I want you to know that I watched your progress daily, but I could not interfere. I had to know how strong you were. I am proud of you Nikita, you have proved your worth and earned respect all on your own. Everything I have now belongs to you; use the resources wisely. I may not have been able to protect you while I was alive, but I have taken steps to see that you, Michael and Adam are protected from now on. This is a last gift to prove my love for you. Also, knowing the man you love would willingly step in front of a bullet for you, made this decision easy for me. In my death I know I leave you protected. Nikita, I hope someday you can forgive me for not being the father you wanted. I missed out on all of the fatherly things I should have been a part of, and while you were living through hell I did nothing to help you. One day I hope you will understand the things I have done and why. It hurt me to miss out on your life, and to see you in so much pain, but I had to be strong. I had to know for sure that you were the one; the savior of Section One. And I will leave you with one last piece of advice.....always trust your father."
The image fades away. Nikita has tears streaming down her face and Michael puts his arms protectively around her.
Cut to main theme. Roll credits.
